Hi,
Maybe, Exec. Dir. “wanted,” or, “TO hire” instead of “FOR hire?”
I’ve got the skills and want to use them working with folks who want to “rent” them to have an efficient operation. In the language of traditional commerce “for hire” means the same as “for sale.”
With a community minded operation, renting efficient admin. skills out to each user, (customer,) might be the right mindset. Years of experience has learned me that the English majors have something to offer, but I ain’t one. I just like to be friends with them.
Best, Mitch
